If we decide to work together, we begin with a thorough understanding of your business, your team, your processes, your goals, and where the real friction is. Everything that follows is built around what’s true for you, not a generic framework.
3. The Ongoing Partnership
We meet regularly 60-minute sessions, in person or via video, and I’m available between sessions as things come up. The work is continuous, not episodic.
